I recently spent a week at Andaz Maui at Wailea, and while the resort is beautiful with stunning pools and a welcoming atmosphere, a few aspects fell short of my expectations. The check-in process was disjointed, and I wasn't informed about additional fees. Although the beach and poolside service was fantastic, I found the room amenities and dining options to be somewhat underwhelming compared to what I anticipated. Overall, my vacation was enjoyable, but there are areas that could use improvement.

The hotel's tropical oasis ambiance welcomed me with open arms, and I couldn't help but admire the stunning ocean views from my room. Although the dining options for kids were somewhat limited and the prices high, the overall beauty and intimacy of the resort made my time there very special.
